CNC metal job work — laser cutting, bending and fabrication
Send your DXF or drawing; we cut, bend and weld it on the same CNC machines that make our windows — from one part to a production batch, in your material or ours.
CNC laser cutting
3 kW fibre laser with a 3000 × 1500 mm bed — mild steel, GI and stainless sheet. Parts are nested to save material. Ask us for the thickness you need.
CNC bending
ACCURL 135-tonne CNC press brake with a 3.2 m bending length — channels, trays, covers, enclosures, brackets and long frames with repeatable angles.
Welding & fabrication
MIG welding and assembly of cut and bent parts, zinc-rich touch-up and primer — or bare parts ready for your own finishing.

- Material — supply your own sheet, or we buy TATA / standard sheet for the job.
- Collect or delivery — parts ready for pickup at Kulukkallur or delivered across Kerala.
