Who we are

LINEA Steel Fabricators LLP was incorporated in March 2026 to build steel windows and door frames the way they should be built: designed opening by opening, cut and formed by machine, and documented before anything is made. We are new — so instead of claiming history, we show evidence: the steel, the drawing, the specification and the price, before you pay.

How we work

1. Design — every window and frame is modelled from your plan in our design studio and shared as a drawing.
2. Approve — you check sizes, shutters, hinge sides and grill before production.
3. Cut — frames, holes and locking tabs are cut on a fibre laser.
4. Form — full-length frames are folded on a CNC press brake.
5. Protect — welds get zinc-rich treatment and the window is epoxy-primed.
6. Deliver — door frames first, windows when the walls are ready, across Kerala.

Our machines

• Bodor A3015 fibre laser, 3 kW — 3000 × 1500 mm cutting bed.
• ACCURL Smart B32135 CNC press brake — 135 tonnes, 3.2 m bending length.
• MIG welding, with zinc-rich repair of every weld.
