Each window is modelled in our design studio — shutter sizes, grill, hinges and hold-fasts — and shared with you as a drawing.
Step 2 · Cut
Precision-cut parts
Frames, holes and locking tabs are cut in one pass on our fibre laser, so every part matches the drawing.
Step 3 · Fold
Straight, repeatable folds
A CNC press brake forms full-length frames up to 3.2 m with the same angle every time.
Step 4 · Protect
Welded, treated, primed
Joints are welded, every weld gets zinc-rich repair, and the window is epoxy-primed before dispatch.

Frequently asked questions
When does LINEA start production?
Our workshop in Kulukkallur, Palakkad starts production at the end of December 2026. We are already taking plans: send your house plan or the architect's door & window schedule now and we draw and quote every opening, so your frames and windows are booked into the first production slots.
Will GI steel windows rust in Kerala's monsoon?
We use TATA Galvano sheet with a 120 GSM zinc coating, repair every weld with zinc-rich coating and finish with epoxy primer. Keep the windows painted (your painter applies the top coat) and they stay protected. For coastal sites ask for heavier Z275 zinc — we quote both.
What warranty do you give?
A lifetime service warranty with clear terms: free service for shutter alignment, hinges, handles and tower bolts for the life of the windows and frames, and free repair of any fabrication defect. Glass, painting by others and damage after delivery are not covered. The terms are printed on every quotation.
Are glass and paint included?
Our standard price covers the steel window with grill, hinges, handles and epoxy primer, ready for your painter. Glass is fitted by your glazier unless you ask us to include it — either way the quotation states it clearly, line by line.
When should I order door frames and windows?
Steel door frames and window frames are fixed while the walls go up, with hold-fasts grouted into the masonry. Send us the plan at the foundation stage so frames are ready before the masons reach sill and lintel level.
Is GST included in your price?
Every quotation shows the price before GST, the GST and the total separately, and you get a GST tax invoice from LINEA Steel Fabricators LLP.
Can you make any size or design?
Yes. Each window is designed from your plan sizes in our studio — any number of panels, top lights, kitchen windows, French windows, ventilators, arch tops. You see the drawing before we cut.
Do you work with builders, contractors and architects?
Yes. Send the door & window schedule (PDF or DWG); we quote by your window codes (W1, KW, D1…), deliver door frames first and windows later, and invoice per stage.
Which areas do you serve?
We deliver across Kerala from our workshop at Kulukkallur in Palakkad district. Tell us your site location and we will confirm the delivery schedule and fixing.
Can I visit the workshop?
Yes — book a visit to our Kulukkallur workshop. See the TATA Galvano sheet, measure its thickness, watch your parts being laser-cut and folded, and go through your own drawing with us.
