Steel window price in Kerala — how it is worked out
At LINEA there is no flat rate. Every window and door frame is priced from its own design — the materials it uses and the work it needs — and you get an itemised quotation for each opening.
How LINEA prices a window
Each opening is designed from your plan in our studio first. The price is then worked out from that design:
- Materials — the steel in the frame, shutters and grill, in the gauge and zinc coating you choose.
- Hardware — hinges, handles, tower bolts and, for doors, the lock set.
- Complexity — number of shutters, top lights, fixed panels, arches, custom grill patterns and door leaves.
- Fabrication and finish — laser cutting, folding, welding, zinc-rich treatment of every weld and epoxy primer.
- GST — shown separately on the quotation, with a GST tax invoice.
Why every design is priced on its own
Two windows of the same size can need very different steel and work: a three-shutter window with a grill against a fixed glass panel, a plain opening against an arch top. A single rate either overcharges the simple window or hides cuts in the complex one. Pricing each design on its own keeps the price tied to what you actually get.

Is GST included in your price?
Every quotation shows the price before GST, the GST and the total separately, and you get a GST tax invoice from LINEA Steel Fabricators LLP.
Are glass and paint included?
Our standard price covers the steel window with grill, hinges, handles and epoxy primer, ready for your painter. Glass is fitted by your glazier unless you ask us to include it — either way the quotation states it clearly, line by line.
Can you make any size or design?
Yes. Each window is designed from your plan sizes in our studio — any number of panels, top lights, kitchen windows, French windows, ventilators, arch tops. You see the drawing before we cut.
